Hemant Taneja

Hemant Taneja is a seasoned professional with experience of working with varied sectors including Banking & Finance, Life Sciences, Hospitality, Automotive, Media, Manufacturing, IT and Publishing.

In his career spanning Two decades, he has worked across various MNCs in leadership roles managing Business Operations andHuman Resources, with significant experience in areas of Business Transformation, Consulting, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Facilitation, and Change Leadership.

He is a Trainer in Getting Things Done® associated with Calm Achiever®.
In his last corporate assignment as Head – HR for Agilent Technologies International, he was responsible for driving many critical strategic initiatives including business transformation projects, Talent management, Leadership Effectiveness, Employee relations, HR Policy processes & Benefits among others.

Prior to Agilent, he was working with American Express as Head, Leadership and Talent Management and was responsible for India and Malaysia. He set up the American Express Leadership Academy.
His current work includes Organization Development, Talent Management, Leadership Effectiveness and helping people achieve stress free productivity through GTD®.

He is a certified practitioner in OD- Change Leadership and in the Appreciative Inquiry’ methodology. He is an NLP Practitioner from International Federation of Coaching and NLP (UK). He has been qualified by XLRI, Jamshedpur in the Assessment Centre Methodology and uses MBTI and EQ-i to help individuals and teams reach organizational goals. An accomplished ATD facilitator, he is also certified on a suite of global programs including Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, Emotional Intelligence, Situational Leadership, Coaching Lab, Behavioural Interviewing etc. Hemant leverages ‘Creative Action Method’ in his work with groups and has facilitated interventions across various geographies.
An avid practitioner of GTD, Hemant enjoys working with groups and individuals alike to help them imbibe this life changing methodology. Among his voluntary pursuits, Hemant has served on the Council of Nirmal Bhartia, one of the leading educational institutions in NCR and is a guest Faculty at New Delhi Institute of Management.
